Brentford fans' savage chant towards Kurt Zouma as West Ham star leaves pitch with injury

The Bees picked up a brilliant 2-0 win over West Ham thanks to goals from Byran Mbeumo and Ivan Toney, which have gone a long way to securing their Premier League status.
The home fans also found something else to keep them entertained – namely poking fun at Zouma.The West Ham defender picked up an ankle injury midway through the first half.
It was serious enough that David Moyes had to replace him with Issa Diop in the 29th minute – and the substitution was seized upon by Brentford fans as an opportunity to taunt the French centre-back.As the West Ham physio came on to assist Zouma chants of "Put him down, put him down, put him down!" could be heard from the home fans.
