The Trotters boss has won his second manager of the month award this season after picking up the accolade for November. And his team collected 16 points from six unbeaten games to become promotion contenders.
They have maintained that form this month, too, and are currently 10 games unbeaten in League Two and in the play-offs, as well as being just five points from the division's summit.
