BBC Breakfast was pulled off air this morning as a loud alarm rang through the studio. Presenters Rachel Burden and Roger Johnson were chatting to Apprentice winner Harpreet Kaur when they were ordered to stop filming.
As bells rang, an announcer said: "Attention, attention, please evacuate the building by the nearest available exit." Rachel and Roger looked completely thrown by the situation, with Rachel quickly telling viewers: "I'm so sorry everyone, for the time being, we're going to have to leave the studios.” Roger added: "Thank you, enjoy whatever you're doing for the rest of the day, I think we are going to have to go." Those watching at home were very confused about what was happening and took to Twitter to discuss it. .css-16e4f55{margin:16px 0;}.css-1czxmma{background-color:rgba(252,239,255,1);margin:16px 0;}.css-1tapza8{padding:20px 15px;}.css-1bk4jdt{padding:20px.
