Bury petrol station have revealed their huge expansion plans for a Lancashire hotel. Moshin and Zuber Issa began their business empire in 2001, when they bought a run-down garage in Brandleshome Road which still stands today.Now 20 years on, the pair are worth more than £3bn, rounding out their decade by purchasing Asda from US shopping giant Walmart in a record-breaking £6.8bn deal at the end of last year.The Blackburn-born brothers' next business move might not be felt across the globe, but still promises sweeping changes.This time, the changes are coming to a hotel owned by Monte Blackburn Ltd, an investment firm owned by the Issas.New plans published in December reveal multi-million pound renovations earmarked for the Stanley House.
