mobile phones, but now, like it or not we can't really do without them. Research from RescueTime found that on average, people spend around three hours and 15 minutes on their phones per day, with most dependent on them for making plans, getting information and staying in touch with people.
But despite the three hours - or more - we spend on devices every day, it can often feel like we still don't know how to get the most out of them.
Instead, most people are trapped in the cycle of having to replace their phones every two years or so. However, there are things you can do to make sure your phone's battery last longer.
