The response of the ambulance service on the night of the Manchester Arena bombing was 'inadequate', a QC for the bereaved families has said.

Not enough paramedics were dispatched into the foyer of the venue where suicide bomber Salman Abedi detonated a huge improvised device despite police officers and others desperately calling for expert medical help, the barrister told the continuing public inquiry.
