'Disruptive' man kicked off flight by cops 'removed trousers' and caused major delay

Ryanair flight after removing his trousers and hailing "abuse" at passengers and air hostesses.An Irishman returning to Dublin from Alicante was found to be drunk and disorderly and had delayed the flight by around 40 minutes ahead of take-off.Spanish police then escorted the individual from the aircraft on Monday after the cabin crew alerted them, reports the Irish Mirror.Other passengers on the flight are said to have been "afraid" after the man appeared to be intoxicated and began displaying worrying behaviour onboard.One passenger said that the man took his trousers off shortly after sitting down and became more disorderly over time.They told the Irish Mirror: "Nobody noticed anything when he got on, he didn't seem too bad, but when he sat down he got up and took off his trousers."The passenger then added that the Irishman became "hysterical" and had up to "four or five litres of spirits" which he refused to hand over.They added: "Then they called the other cabin steward and he came down and they were just trying to pacify him."He got a bit abusive then and told them he couldn't take his stuff and he had rights."The passenger added that after a long duration the man was eventually removed from the plane "as he refused to cooperate with anything".They said: "People were afraid, they were more afraid of what could have happened if the stewardess had not intervened because he was getting lairy."A spokesperson for Ryanair said: "This flight from Alicante to Dublin [07 February] was delayed ahead of take-off after a passenger became disruptive on board."Crew alerted local police who removed the passenger from the aircraft, and the flight departed following a short delay of approx.
