Initially, the mum said she didn't understand her dog's cues because she assumed it was being more cuddly because she had just come back from a two-week holiday.Four years later, the mum is still cancer-free and has thanked the six-year-old pooch for detecting the cancer.The customer service team leader said: "We tell everybody that she smelt my cancer."She’s a very special dog.” The Daily Star recently highlighted how a clever yorkshire terrier jumped up and down on her owner's chest until she went to seek medical advice.
