Zinedine Zidane has confirmed he will hold showdown talks with his Real Madrid bosses after the club surrendered the La Liga title to local rivals Atletico Madrid.
The Los Blancos were second going into the final day of the season and eventually beaten to the crown as Atleti came from behind to beat Real Valladolid to be crowned champions.
Things could have been more embarrassing for Zidane's side had Atleti not completed their comeback as they too were losing at home to Villarreal up until the 87th minute.
A late equaliser from Luka Modric and an injury-time winner from Karim Benzema snatched all three points but it was not enough to overthrow Atletico's charge.
