Dominic Hutchins, 43, confronted Conservative MP and Leader of the House of Commons Jacob Rees-Mogg outside the conference on Monday afternoon.
Mr Hutchins, who has cerebral palsy, passionately told Mr Rees-Mogg he was a "disgrace." The disability activist challenged the Commons leader on the Government’s track record on disability rights.
