Wanderers have suffered defeat so far in their first three games of the season against Bradford City in the Carabao Cup, Crewe Alexandra in the EFL Trophy and most recently against Forest Green Rovers in their League Two curtain raiser.
And Evatt insists that changing a culture at a football club is not an easy thing to do and will take time to change it to a more positive outlook, which he is adamant will happen.
He said: "I've said in a few interviews, that this club has lost games too often for too long, simple. And it becomes a culture and a habit.
