Katie, 35, insists she wants to undertake her new career in order to improve the world for her son Hudson, three. She said: “I’m starting law school next month which is really cool and exciting.
I do feel like Elle Woods or Erin Brockovich – either or. They are brilliant.” Katie was driven to make the move in a bid to instigate change in the UK.
