The Scotsman, Stoltman, whose older brother Luke came seventh at this year's World's Strongest Man, has a net worth of £1.9million after winning his second title in a row in Sacramento.In winning another title, Stoltman pulled level with Geoff Capes as the most successful British athlete in the competition's history.
He also became the first athlete to retain his title since American Brian Shaw won back-to-back titles in 2015 and 2016.Stoltman, who turned 28 on Monday, was able to overcome Novikov's lead on the final event of the contest, the Atlas Stones.

Let us know in the comments section below.Novikov ultimately ended the day in third place, after losing a tiebreaker against Martins Licis of the USA, whilst Luke Stoltman finished in seventh place overall.Stoltman's comeback to beat Novikov allowed him to get revenge on the Ukrainian for the 2020 World's Strongest Man, when it was Novikov who pipped Stoltman to the title in Bradenton, Florida.In addition to having won the competition more than any other British athlete, Stoltman is also now only behind Capes for most top three finishes after bagging his third in a row.
