Woman found wandering through town after escaping 'sex slave' house

A woman was found wandering the streets after escaping a home where she was being forced to work as a sex slave.Officers were called by members of the public to a road in Salford, Greater Manchester at 7.30am on May 2.There they found a woman in her twenties who they believe had travelled to the area from outside the county after asking a lorry driver for help, Manchester Evening News reports.Following enquiries by the force it was established that the woman had escaped from an unknown property where she was forced to operate as a sex worker.When found, the woman was wearing a blue denim jacket and a dark-coloured dress.Police said she has shoulder-length brown hair, which she was wearing in a ponytail.Detective sergeant Gareth Humphreys,
