A woman who would suddenly 'drop to the floor' up to eight times a day waited over three decades to finally get a diagnosis.
Suzanne Kidd struggled with extreme fatigue and chronic pain throughout her life, reports Liverpool Echo. Doctors wrongly believed major surgery would solve her symptoms, and she endured three knee operations before her 30th birthday.
During her most desperate periods, the 36-year-old was forced to place chairs and stools around the house to cushion her falls.
Suzanne also struggled to walk or even stand, and eventually had to pay for private health care in London - some 370 miles away from her home in Formby.
