thesun.co.ukLEGENDARY Dr Feelgood guitarist and Game of Throne star Wilko Johnson has died aged 75. The iconic musician played Illyn Payne in the HBO hit as well as being part of the rock band from 1971-77.
A statement from the band said: "This is the announcement we never wanted to make, & we do so with a very heavy heart: Wilko Johnson has died. "He passed away at home on Monday 21st November.
Thank you for respecting the family's privacy at this very sad time. "RIP Wilko Johnson." In 2013, Johnson announced he had been diagnosed with late-stage pancreatic cancer.
