A van driver who exposed himself in a lay-by near a village school left a care worker in shock. Dean Kew, of Abbeywood, Digmoor, Skelmersdale, near Wigan, 'clocked' the victim sat in her car at around 8.30am on August 9, whilst travelling through a village near Helsby, Cheshire.
