A Stirling man deliberately damaged a car parked outside a neighbour’s house with a powersaw early in the morning.James Dormer had admitted a charge of wilfully destroying or damaging property belonging to another at Muirend Road in the city on June 20 this year.The fiscal depute told Stirling Sheriff Court last Wednesday that neighbours of the 33-year-old accused had seen him leave his property and approach their car at 5am.He then took a power tool to all four tyres and wheels of the vehicle.Police were contacted and when officers examined the car they could see that chunks or rubber had been taken out of the tyres.Chunks of metal had also been taken out of the alloy wheels which were also scraped.The fiscal depute said that the
