Grant Shapps has revealed that there are no changes expected to the UK's travel corridors list for the rest of 2020, except for emergencies. (For example if a country sees a significant spike in numbers of coronavirus cases).
When announcing the latest travel corridor changes - which see Uruguay, Namibia and the US Virgin Islands back on the quarantine list for Brits - he revealed that the Department of Transport would only be making "emergency" removals from the list.
Regular updates are expected to resume from January 7. He wrote on Twitter: "Providing certainty to those travelling over Xmas, we will only make EMERGENCY removals to the #TravelCorridors list if needed for the next two weeks.
