Police investigating a house explosion which claimed the life of a 'much loved' dad today confirmed one line of inquiry is a 'neighbour dispute'.
Carl Whalley, 57, died when his home collapsed following an explosion. The blast happened at the home on Kirkby Avenue in Clayton-le-Woods in Lancashire on Friday afternoon. While a cordon remains around the property, a number of the surrounding roads have reopened and residents have been able to return to their homes.
