Tottenham are believed to be in talks with Inter Milan over a deal to sell Tanguy Ndombele for a reduced transfer fee this summer.
The Frenchman only joined Spurs last summer from Lyon for a club record £63million but he has failed to settle into life in the Premier League.
He started only 12 top flight games in his first season with the club and has fallen out of favour with new boss Jose Mourinho.
Indeed, the Portuguese boss criticised the midfielder for his performance in a game against Burnley at Turf Moor. Despite this Mourinho stated at the start of July that he was confident the 23-year-old “can turn it around” at Spurs.
