Cameron and Emma Allison, both 6, and 21-month-old Colin Allison were taken on Tuesday at around 3.30pm, says the Virginia State Police.
Detailed descriptions have been issued of all three children as police urge members of the public to contact them if they see them.
All three children are described as white. Cameron and Emma both have brown hair and brown eyes. Colin has blond hair and brown eyes.
