dailystar.co.ukUS police said a five-year-old boy shot his brother, 12, dead with a single gunshot after the pair stumbled across a loaded gun in woods near an Atlanta suburb over the weekend.
Georgia officers found the 12-year-old had been shot in the chest at about 7.40pm on Saturday, the force said in a statement.
CPR was performed on the boy and he was rushed to Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital where he later died. The pair had been in the woods when they found the gun near to where a bag of ecstasy was dumped by suspects who fled a traffic stop.
Investigators then spoke with the five-year-old and determined the youngster believed it was a toy when he aimed and fired it at his brother.
