Stephanie Scolaro, who describes herself as an Instagram influencer and swimwear model as well as a millionaire heiress, was advertising “Covid glam packages” at her spa LA Beauty Dolls in West London.
An undercover reporter from the Sunday Mirror got in touch with Scolaro via Instagram, and was offered a choice of two appointments for a lip filler procedure.
