UK woke up to fresh coverings of snow yesterday (March 31) and will do again today, but this week's snow is nothing compared to what's to come next week.
Again, it will be another heavy front of snow moving down from the North, first battering Scotland before engulfing the rest of the country.
According to advanced weather modelling maps from WX Charts, snow will hit all Scottish cities next Wednesday (April 6) with around five centimetres settling on the ground.
Three inches are set to land in Highland areas. The North of England will also see a severe dumping with residents of Newcastle, Manchester and Liverpool all in the firing line.
