From his back garden in Bolton, Peter Kay revealed his recreation of his Amarillo video live on the BBC's Big Night In on Thursday evening - and Bolton's key workers made an appearance.

The charity single was released in 2005 for Comic Relief and the music video featured some of the most famous faces on British television, including Michael Parkinson and Ronnie Corbett But Peter decided to remake the video 15 years on for the Big Night In - a special night of television to celebrate unsung heroes and raise money for vulnerable people during the coronavirus pandemic.

The comedian received thousands of 'very emotional' clips from across the country of people marching to his re-release of Tony Christie's (Is This The Way To) Amarillo.
