Weezer have announced the 30th anniversary reissue of ‘The Blue Album’, which will include 30 unreleased tracks.The band have just kicked off their tour celebrating the self-titled debut (otherwise known as ‘The Blue Album’), after teasing an “epic” run of dates in December last year.Now, Weezer have revealed even more surprises in store for fans by announcing the 30th anniversary reissue of ‘The Blue Album’. The Super Deluxe Edition of the record will be “the most comprehensive vision of ‘The Blue Album’ ever created, and will consist of four 12-inch LPs, one 10-inch and a 7-inch.It is also set to contain 36 previously unreleased tracks, with a number of “early practises”, live recordings, “Kitchen Tape Demos” and BBC radio recordings. As such, the band have previewed the earliest known recording of ‘Undone – The Sweater Song’ as one of these unreleased tracks – listen to it down below:On top of its giant tracklist, the Super Deluxe Edition will also include new liner notes from Karl Koch, along with unreleased pictures of Weezer, “sweater” embossed graphics with a thread you can pull and retract, lithographs and more.Check out the tracklist for the Super Deluxe Edition down below.
