A motorbike was dumped next to a canal at a beauty spot after being tracked from the air and stung by police. The drama unfolded in Wigan last Saturday (August 31).
The National Police Air Service (NPAS) helicopter spotted a group of bikes, believed to be a motorbike and two e-bikes, riding "anti-socially" along the Manchester Ship Canal towpath.

then asked for a dust pan and brush when they realised their massive mistake' Footage from the aircraft, released by the force, shows them along the canal and into Pennington Flash "at high speed." Officers were quickly dispatched to the area and one managed to roll out a stinger which burst the motorbikes towers.
