SSPCA have rescued their smallest ever badger cub after she was abandoned by her mum.Pelly was discovered in a hay bale weighing only 72 grams in Aberdeen with two siblings.The mother badger had been scared off leaving her babies behind before rescuers managed to reunite her with two of them.But poor little Pelly was left behind before being taken to National Wildlife Rescue Centre.Now she is being raised in a family with five other adorable badgers who got also got split from their mums.This includes, Lavender, who was just two weeks old after being found in woodland near Inverness on Valentine’s day.Rescuers then discovered three more cubs unearthed around 10 March from the Falkirk area.The badger babies were around Lavender’s age leaving.
