Scots miracle baby born with half a heart finally home after six life-saving operations

miracle baby Annabelle Main, who was born with half a heart, is home after six life-saving operations. The tot has hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) and weighed just 4lb when she was born in January .

And while most of the country stayed indoors as lockdown was imposed in March, Annabelle’s parents Christine and Barry were 400 miles from home as their daughter underwent a series of medical procedures – including two open-heart surgeries – at Evelina 
London Children’s Hospital.
