13-year-old boy and told him he would break his neck after he kicked an apple, a court has heard.Andrew Griffiths, 58, was working as a supervisor in the playground of The Chase School in Malvern, Worcestershire, when he assaulted the teenager.He grabbed him by his his tie and jumper after the boy refused to pick up pieces of an apple he had just kicked and broken apart.Griffiths admitted assault by beating following the incident on September 27 last year.
