The coronavirus pandemic has had an unprecedented industry on the travel industry. Countries have closed their borders, flights have been grounded, and airline staff across the UK have been placed on furlough.
Thousands of holidays have been cancelled already, with widespread disruption looking set to continue throughout 2020. As summer approaches, many people are feeling anxious and uncertain about their summer holidays.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has now confirmed that all travellers arriving in the UK will be quarantined for 14 days to prevent re-infection from abroad.
It was later revealed that France would be exempt from this measure. This means that if you are holidaying in France you will not need to self-isolate.
