Comedian Russell Brand has found himself at the centre of a Twitter storm after a bizarre tweet about a meeting with two "working class men." Funnyman Russell, who's since been branded "condescending" and "patronising", recalled meeting the two men when out on a walk with his dog Bear. "I love Bear," Russell captioned a snap of the pooch, "He brings out the beauty in people. "Today two working class men independently described him in surprisingly poetic language. "'Apricot' coloured said one. 'Cinnamon' said another." While many replied with snaps of their own dogs, some took issue that Russell had been "surprised" at the two men's vocabularly.
