Haaland has scored 47 goals in 48 games since moving to Borussia Dortmund 18 months ago, whilst Kane remains one of the Premier League's best goal-scorers, with a growing influence in respect to assists.
Discussing different options available to Manchester City this summer, Ferdinand claimed Kane would be a less viable option for the club due to his age.
