A court case to determine if serial rapist Reyhnard Sinaga’s sentence is “unduly lenient” has been set back to a later date.
The 36-year-old predator - who is Britain's most prolific rapist - was due to appear at the Court of Appeal today. The Indonesian student was jailed for life in January and must spend at least 30 years behind bars before parole after drugging and raping 44 men and sexually assaulting a further four at his Manchester city centre apartment.
Sinaga - described as a “narcissist and a psychopath” by detectives - filmed each of the attacks on two mobile phones, evidence which formed the basis of four trials at Manchester Crown Court.
