Rev Richard Coles says drinking wine every night is worse than being addicted to cocaine, heroin or crystal meth. The vicar and former Strictly star, was writing in this week's Radio Times about his late husband's death.

David, also a clergyman, was only 43 when he succumbed to alcoholic liver disease in 2019, caused by an addiction that had gripped him since his teenage years.
