Separate inquests have opened after two men died when the car they were in hit a tree and plunged down an embankment on a country road near Oldham.
Karl Edward Young, 34, who was driving the car, and his front-seat passenger Reiss Jarvis, 21, both passed away from multiple injuries at the Royal Oldham Hospital following the accident on Huddersfield Road, Delph, on November 10.
Karl, of Beckett Street, Lees, was the owner and chef at the Grill at Number 20 in Oldham town centre, and Reiss, of Beech Avenue, Oldham, was the bar manager, but had previously worked as a TV actor.
