The Queen will get to say a final goodbye to Prince Philip in private before his coffin leaves Windsor Castle today. As the Royal Family prepare for the funeral, the grieving 94-year-old will get one last moment alone with her late husband.
The Queen, accompanied by a lady-in-waiting, will pause for a moment of reflection to look at Philip's coffin ahead of his final journey to St George’s Chapel.
Prince Philip and the Queen were married to for 73 years, before he died at the castle on April 9, at the age of 99. They first met at a wedding in 1934, when Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark married Prince George, Duke of Kent.
