Protesters descend on nation’s state capitals as chaos unfolds in DC

Across the nation on Wednesday protesters descended on statehouses, prompting multiple evacuations while Trump supporters in D.C.

stormed the U.S. Capitol. From Georgia to New Mexico, hundreds gathered in state capitals to oppose President-elect Joe Biden's win, waving signs saying "Stop the steal" and "Four more years." In  Oklahoma, Georgia, Arizona and Washington state, some protesters carried guns.
