Prince Harry has reportedly 'warned' King Charles about what gift he should have purchased his daughter when she celebrated her second birthday earlier this month.
King Charles planned to gift Lilibet Diana a lavish gift to celebrate her birthday on June 4. However, OK! Magazine reports that Harry instructed him to buy something "less extravagant".A source explained that Charles had "his aides looking at custom-made cubby houses, similar to what the queen and Princess Margaret had when they were girls.” The insider added: “He wants to give Lili something she will use and be hers.
She’ll remember it forever – it’s going to be the ultimate surprise.”However, it's unclear whether the King heded his son's wishes or went all out for his young granddaughter, who is seventh in line to the throne.Royal family sources have remained tight-lipped about Lili's party, although Harry’s lawyer pointed out in court on Monday that he was unavailable to testify that day after taking a later flight from LA in order to celebrate his daughter’s birthday.It's been reported that her party took place at Harry and Meghan’s £16million Montecito home.
