Prince Harry is reportedly "upset" over King Charles' intention to relocate Prince Andrew into Frogmore Cottage, a Royal commentator has suggested. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were bestowed Frogmore Cottage as a nuptial gift from Queen Elizabeth II and transformed the four-bedroom historical residence with a £2.4 million refurbishment.

They settled in during 2019 but vacated after their bombshell announcement to step back from Royal duties in 2020. In March last year, King Charles requested that Harry and Meghan officially relinquish the property.Frogmore Cottage represented the Sussexes' sole remaining tie to the UK, with the couple now residing in a lavish £12 million abode in Montecito, California.

However, the stately home may soon have a new occupant, as King Charles, aged 75, is purportedly pressing his embattled brother to abandon his expansive 30-room Royal Lodge in Windsor for Frogmore Cottage.

Royal expert Tom Quinn has voiced that Harry is likely displeased with this turn of events. Speaking to the Mirror, Quinn said: "However deep the rift with his father and brother, Harry always had hopes that he and Meghan might eventually be allowed to re-establish Frogmore Cottage at Windsor as their UK base."He added: "He will be deeply upset at the prospect of his uncle Prince Andrew moving into Frogmore a very real prospect as King Charles insists that Andrew cannot continue to live at Royal Lodge, the 30-room mansion on the Windsor estate where Andrew has lived for decades."The Duke of York found himself embroiled in scandal after his connections with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were exposed.
