Prince William and Kate Middleton have banned their children from social media in order to keep them “graceful” of their position, an insider has claimed.As they grow older, Prince George (eight) and Princess Charlotte (six) have slowly made their way into the public spotlight.Leaving their younger brother Louis – who will be four on April 23 – at home, the pair accompanied their parents to Prince Philip’s memorial service last month, with one commentator even suggesting that they “overshadowed” Kate and Wills.Although the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have looked to shelter their young children from the spotlight, insiders have claimed to offer an insight into their developing personalities, with reports that Charlotte is following in the Queen’s footsteps and taking up horse riding.Now, an insider has told the Us Weekly YouTube channel that Kate and William keep their children “well away from social media”.“Kate and William will not allow them to have accounts, even secret ones.

They 100% disagree with young children having social media accounts,” they suggested.The source also claimed that Charlotte is currently doing well while attending St Thomas’s private primary school in Battersea in south west London.“She is top of her class at reading.
