A pregnant mum says her family's summer holiday was ruined after Ryanair lost their luggage. Stephanie Findlay, 30, flew out to Gran Canaria with partner Jordan Moffat, 29 and daughter Grace, 4, for a relaxing 10-day break in the sun. When the family arrived at Las Palmas Airport on June 30 they were told their two suitcases were missing in transit.
Stephanie claims a Ryanair customer care advisor told the family they could spend €100 per person on essential clothes and toiletries and they would be refunded - but the family say they have been left hundreds of pounds out of pocket.Stephanie, from Glasgow, said: "It was a nightmare.
