Police remind Lanarkshire residents of upcoming changes to the Highway Code

New rules are being introduced and updates are being made to pre-existing rules of the Highway Code at the end of the month.A new ‘Hierarchy of Road Users’ is being introduced, which places road users who are more likely to be at risk at the top of the hierarchy.And Police Scotland this week reiterated that it is the "responsibility of individual road users" to be familiar with the code.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
