Oasis mega fan selling grass from Liam Gallagher gig flabbergasted as bids keep rising
Liam Gallagher mega fan is selling grass from the concert at Knebworth on eBay - and the bids have now risen to over £65,000.Usually when having experienced a gig, most people come home with ringing ears and several shaky videos from the night. But for David Watson, 35, he decided to come home with something a little different to mark the memory of the Mancunians iconic solo performance. The super fan picked a bunch of grass out of the iconic park grounds and listed it on eBay for a fiver in the beginning. At first, David listed it as a joke after attending the second day (Saturday 4 June) of the concert.“Hungover” from the wild day that saw 160,000 people flock to see the ex-Oasis singer perform over two days, the fan put it on the selling site. And to his surprise, three days later already 100 people had bid for the grass where it had reached a staggering £60,000.David explained: “I jokingly said I’m going to pick some grass and put it on eBay, and when we were watching one of the acts, I grabbed some and put it in my shorts.“When I got back, I whacked it on for a fiver, and now it’s accrued tens of thousands."“But I don’t think they’re going to pay out to be honest.
