Police say they are no longer treating the death of a woman in Bolton as suspicious. Officers cordoned off Alexandra Road, Lostock, on Friday night after the woman was found dead.
However, following investigations by forensic teams and a post-mortem, police now say there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
Two men, aged 72 and 73, were arrested on suspicion of murder but both have now been released. Officers say the woman, now thought to be in her 50s, sustained injuries after falling.
