The heartbroken mum of two young girls found dead in the woods after vanishing with their dad wept uncontrollably as she visited a makeshift memorial in their honour.
Romy, six, and Norah, 11, were discovered on Saturday following a three-day search after they were last seen shopping with their dad Martin Carpentier at 8.30pm on Wednesday.
His car was later found abandoned after being involved in a crash in Saint-Apollinaire in Quebec City, Canada and police continue to hunt for him and say he is now wanted in connection with their deaths.
The girls' mum Amélie Lemieux visited the site in Lévis and saw the dozens of colourful flowers, teddies, heartfelt messages and candles left for her daughters.
