Dirty dumpers will be targeted at an East Ayrshire beauty spot after 150 bags of litter were collected during a massive clean-up operation.East Ayrshire Leisure staff at the Dean Castle Country Park in Kilmarnock are embarking on a new project in the coming months.A 'green' approach to fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour will be implemented at the site which is popular for residents and visitors alike.Around 500 metres of hedgerow will be planted and new gates installed along the park’s eastern boundary to prevent fly tippers bringing their rubbish into the area.Last month, volunteers rolled up their sleeves and gathered 150 bags of rubbish and cleared old campfires from the park.However, large objects such as fridges and mattresses still
