Headliners are Roan, Reneé Rapp, Janelle Monáe, Muna, Ethel Cain, and Julien Baker.

Tove Lo has released her new single ‘I like u’ – you can hear the track and read NME‘s latest interview with the Swedish artist below.‘I like u’ follows on from Tove Lo’s fifth album ‘Dirt Femme’, which arrived in October 2022, and her recent single ‘Borderline’, which was co-written with Dua Lipa.Speaking to NME about her latest track, Tove Lo said that she wanted “to make another song that was in the vein of the ‘90s [and] Y2K-era dance music” that similarly inspired her previous single ‘2 Die 4’. Working with producer Timfromthehouse – who previously worked with Tove Lo on several tracks on ‘Dirt Femme’ – on the song between tours, she explained that the producer “worked on the track without me for a long time” before eventually finding “the perfect way to make the melodies shine, and dared to make it not the classic pop arrangement”.“We tried a bunch of different ways, and I was just like, ‘No, this is the way – it needs to be this epic dance moment before you get the chorus melody,’” she added to NME of the tune’s untraditional structure.Further inspired by “what was going through my head” the first time she ever saw her husband, Tove Lo said that she views ‘I like u’ as being part of the ‘Dirt Femme’ world: “Obviously it’s going more in the direction of the dance stuff I’ve done, but I still think it ties into what I’ve been writing about on this album.”Asked if ‘I like u’ might feature on a future re-release of ‘Dirt Femme’, Tove Lo replied: “The deluxe [version] is coming, it’s just, like, [going to be] a little bit later.

During a recent interview on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast, the actress was asked if she cares about Nick’s previous relationships, and if she considered them when she first started dating the singer.“I don’t give a f—- who he’s dated,” she said, explaining that she cares more about their future than his past.

She doesn’t get jealous. Priyanka Chopra Jonas didn’t care about husband Nick Jonas’ romantic past at the beginning of their relationship.

Gigi Perez has released a new EP, ‘How To Catch A Falling Knife’, following a string of singles.The rising musician was born in New Jersey and raised in Florida and had her breakthrough moment with 2021’s ‘Celene’ – a vulnerable song dedicated to her late older sister.‘How To Catch A Falling Knife’ was released today (April 28) and includes the previous singles ‘Figurines’, ‘Sally’ and more. “‘How To Catch A Falling Knife’ is not a guide but a question,” Perez said of the new EP in a press release.

ALMA has released a heartwarming video for her new single ‘Tell Mama’ from her upcoming album ‘Time Machine’.Alma-Sofia Miettinen, also known as ALMA, shared that the single was inspired by being on a plane from LA to Helsinki after “COVID forced her to come back home”.“When COVID happened, I really realised that throughout my career I’ve been living for others,” she said. “I’ve been trying to make people around me happy and proud but not myself.

Jem Aswad Senior Music Editor On May 30, Foo Fighters will headline the opening night of a new Washington D.C. venue called the Atlantis, an intimate 450-capacity room opened by independent promoter I.M.P., which also owns and operates area venues the 9:30 Club and the Anthem and operates the Lincoln Theatre and Merriweather Post Pavilion. The venue kicks off the season with a robust opening lineup that includes Maggie Rogers, Parliament Funkadelic, Yo La Tengo, Darius Rucker, Joan Jett, Tove Lo, Jeff Tweedy, Tank and the Bangas, Portugal. The Man, and Billy Idol, among others (full lineup below). The new club was accidentally announced by D.C.-area native Dave Grohl in September of 2021, when Foo Fighters played the re-opening night of the long-running 9:30 Club after months of pandemic shutdown. He said I.M.P. was going to open a new, smaller venue fashioned as a near replica of the original 9:30 Club, where he got his start. He gave no additional details but added, “We’ll probably be the band that opens that place, too, right?”

Billie Eilish and Labrinth are reportedly set to officially release their song from the Euphoria soundtrack, ‘Never Felt So Alone’.The track appears on the season two soundtrack of Zendaya’s hit HBO show, and Labrinth joined Eilish at her Los Angeles gig last December to perform the song.Though no official recorded version has yet seen the light of day, both Labrinth and Eilish have teased that it could be arriving next week.When the season two soundtrack arrived on Spotify, ‘Never Felt So Alone’ was absent, and has only existed on the show itself.
