Viewers were left utterly gobsmacked and very disturbed when a contestant 'died' during a game show on The 1% Club host Lee Mack's quiz show. It led to a flood of complaints to the broadcaster – but all was not as it seemed.The TV episode in question was part of the darkly comedic series Inside No 9, broadcasted on BBC 2 last year, which featured a fictional game show called 3by3.
